Plump foil plate of Lasagna, a scrumptious-tangy Prawn Pattice, a refreshing Lemonadeu00a0- you can't run out of reasons to drop by at any of Bandra's three Candies outlets. But here's one more. The Pali branch boasts a brand new, gigantic peace mosaic that brings together Bob Marley, Jesus Christ, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi and the Dalai Lama.

The Bandra resident painstakingly puts together coloured marble bits to create pensive faces of women, Biblical scenes, birds and abstracts. "It's therapeutic. The religious references aren't deliberate. I don't even read the Bible. These are just pretty images I may have seen somewhere. They've stayed with me," he says.u00a0
The highest level sports a black-and-white Michael Jackson work that Pereira says is his way of paying tribute to the legend. The peace collage is inspired by a picture he had seen on the net.
