They claim the officials dented around 10 cars on Wednesday by jumping over them, and the repair for each car would cost around Rs 30,000.

The alleged damage occurred since they had parked their cars crisscrossing tightly through the compound to keep the cops out.

A day before, the police had warned them of harsh steps if they didn't cooperate, but disregarding the warning, they refused to get their cars out of the way.

The cops then had to climb on car tops to make their way to the buildings. Resident Ankit Shah said, "We are planning to file an FIR against the cops."
