"Courts should take a serious notice of remarks of Kanhaiya against Indian Army", State VHP Patron Dr Ramakant Dubey told reporters here today. "No matter how much you try to stop us, we will speak up against human rights violations. We will raise our voice against AFSPA.
"While we have a lot of respect for our soldiers, we will still talk about the fact that in Kashmir women are raped by security personnel," Kanhaiya had said while addressing students at a women's day programme on March 8.
He has gone to the extent to dishonour and blame our defence forces which is recognized as the "most disciplined and most honoured force" in the world, Dubey said.
