Indian Railways most searched words on Yahoo; ravishing Katrina loses to cricket on mobile

Having floored top management gurus, Lalu has won over Bollywood hottie Deepika Padukone as well.

Lalu's Railways was the top searched key word on Yahoo followed by the Om Shanti Om star.

However, Deepika topped the results in the People and Entertainment categories followed by Shilpa Shetty in both the classifications.

Akshay Kumar's Singh is Kinng topped the Movies category. Kamal Hasan's Dasavatharam came second. Interestingly, The Dark Knight and Sex and the City were at distant ninth and tenth positions respectively.

Though another Bollywood siren Katrina Kaif was absent from all the Internet categories, she had to make place for cricket at the top on Yahoou00a0 oneSearch, the company's award-winning mobile search engine.

No prizes for guessing that cricket topped the sports category. All other results except for Beijing Olympics and Euro 2008 at sixth and seventh rank respectively, were related to cricket.

Shilpa Shetty, Aishwarya Rai and Kareena Kapoor were the other Bollywood beauties who were included in the top ten list of the most searched keyword. Interestingly, Sixth Pay Commission was third in the list whereas, cricket, Sachin and Tata Nano came eighth, ninth and tenth respectively.

These most searched words in 2008 not only represents the top ten searches across categories, but also shows that users even search for information that affect their daily life including the economy, government organizations and controversies.
