Fingerprinting bullets
Bullet fingerprinting technology developed at the University of Leicester with Northamptonshire Police is now being used in new ways.

Of course, bullet fingerprinting is also used to refer to the identification of the gun that fired a bullet from an analysis of the unique marks that every gun makes on the bullet it fires.
This is associated with ballistic fingerprinting, which is used to experts to associate a bullet with the gun that fired it.
Of course, since we are discussing bullets and fingerprints, you should probably learn about both of them individually.
