Justice S Ravinder Bhat accepted a plea of the MP from Madhepura, seeking court's permission to participate in the proceedings, which start from February 12.
Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav, who is undergoing life imprisonment in Tihar since February 2005 was convicted by a Trial Court in Bihar for the murder of CPI(M) legislator Ajit Sarkar on June 14, 1998.
