There were many calls relating to Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) and the officers at the control room were guiding the residents and helping them with related contact numbers.

Water logging was also reported in a few areas. Water gushed into houses in low-lying areas at Sankey Road, Malleswaram 15th Cross and many other places. Even the storm water drain at JP Nagar 6th Phase was overflowing. The BBMP Commissioner H Siddaiah was in regular touch with the control room.
