Recession-hit companies are pampering customers with discounts, exchange offers, free gifts and more.
According to Anuradha Saboo, general manager, marketing and communications, Ethos there are good offers everywhere because it's the low season now.

The offers are at several stores including the Rolex boutique at UB City and the Ethos store. Some watches come with gifts, others with discounts, adds Anuradha. The offers will continue till the end of August.
Rare pieces
Watch out for 25 unique jewellery timepieces coming to India for the first time.
They will be exhibited at Ethos, The Touchstone complex, from August 10 and include a Cartier's Carnet and select pieces from the La Dou00f1a de Cartier. The more affordable watches Timex and Titan, are also offering a 20 per cent discount and several Exchange offers are also on.
Some retail chains are even offering free watches. For instance, Shoppers Stop is offering a Morttalo watch worth Rs 9,000 free if your bill touches the Rs 30,000 mark.
Pallavi Dudeja Foley, jewellery and watch designer, says, "Personalisation is a huge trend. People want to customise everything, including watches. They need more variations and watches can definitely make thatu00a0 strong statement. This is the best time to buy and flaunt."
