"We are united and there is no rift in Team Anna," said Arvind Kejriwal, a core committee member of anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare's team, in Ralegansiddhi yesterday.
Kejriwal and other core members of Hazare's team, Kiran Bedi and Prashant Bhushan, visited the social activist in his village and discussed many issues with him.
Kejriwal said a constitution would be formed soon for the Jan Lokpal Bhrashtachar Virodhi Andolan. "There is no change in the core committee members. The constitution, however, shall decide about taking action against any members if they are found guilty," said Kejriwal.
Hazare plans to undertake a nationwide tour next year and will also visit the five states where assembly elections are due. "Anna has clarified that he is not against the Congress but that he is against corruption. The UPA government should pass the Jan Lokpal bill in the winter session of Parliament," said Kejriwal.
Kejriwal also rejected the allegation that Hazare was in favour of the RSS and the BJP. "All kind of people were gathered at the Ramleela Maidan during the indefinite hunger strike by Hazare," he said.
