Go to Aqua to chill, not on a culinary mission
First things first. Aqua the poolside lounge at The Park is just that -- a lounge. You go there for the ambience, the good music (on the Saturday night we went, at least), and for the fact that it is open till very late at night. You can also go there for the food, but this motive comes with some caveats. You go to Aqua to chill, not on a culinary mission.
Aqua makes for a nice place to relax
The first sign: the tables. From the half-igloos which if occupied by anyone else than young couples who believe in love would be the butt of all jokes to the low, beach deck (the pool is functional)
furniture around the bar. The second sign: the slim menu. You eat to drink and not drink to eat here.
If you must, try the grilled platter which has good prawns (the prawns at The Park have to be good) and chicken. You can even have the thin-crust pizzas, which will be highly recommended. But after many drinks, trying to eat mozzarella on a really, thin slice of dough is not a very dignified sight. Instead, enjoy the music, which really picks up post midnight. As does the crowd. Go to Aqua after you have finished whatever real plans you have for the night.
