It's time to modify the adage: You Are What You Eat to Your Blood Type Decides What You Eat. That's exactly what Chef Joy Bhattacharya, along with his team plan to do this month at Frangipani, with a special food fest.
Research on the unique characteristics of each blood type will be incorporated to create exclusive preparations.
Flaked Tuna and Arugula Salad
The creatively inclined Group A is said to lean towards fibre and protein, and can choose from a Flaked Tuna and Arugula Salad or an Organic Red Rice Congee.
A balanced diet comprising fibre, protein and carbohydrates is best suited for Group B, who can choose from Coffee marinated Farm-Raised Chicken or a Warm Salad of Falafel with Wild Rocket.
The affable Group AB can choose from Spiced Tofu Pumpkin and Corn Blinis or Barbequed Kolkata Beckti, while Group O, which thrives on lean protein can opt for the Roast of Muscovy Duck.
