Acting on a complaint by a young woman's parents, the Sangvi police arrested a man who threatened the woman, a technical ground staff member at the airport in Lohgaon.
Surendra Kamble had threatened the 23-year-old woman at knife-point to marry him. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon.

Sources said that both the woman and man lived in the same area and were residents of Buddhghosh Society in old Sanagavi.
The woman had completed education in aviation and hospitality. Kamble was just an SSC-pass and jobless.
Paying no heed to the woman's refusal, he would follow her to her workplace.
On Saturday as the young woman was leaving for work, Kamble threatened her at knife-point.
Police Inspector Shantaram Tayde said: "We have pressed charges against Kamble to ensure such incidents are not repeated.
We have taken preventive action. We have asked the woman and her parents to reach us and we will see to it that they get help immediately."
