New governors named in Maharashtra, three other states

C. Vidyasagar Rao was named as the new governor of Maharashtra on Tuesday

New Delhi: New governors were on Tuesday named in Rajasthan, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa.

A Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said they were Kalyan Singh (Rajasthan), Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala (Karnataka), C. Vidyasagar Rao (Maharashtra) and Mridula Sinha (Goa).
