No additional water cuts, says Collector

District Collector Vikas Deshmukh yesterday declared that there would not be additional water cuts in the city

“The city at present is facing a 20 per cent water cut and only this will continue,” he said.u00a0Deshmukh also said that 0.5 TMC of water would be provided to Daund, which is facing water scarcity.

The declaration came against the backdrop of city MP Suresh Kalmadi’s strong opposition to diversion of water to Daund. u00a0
