Harassed wife tells on serial womaniser and murderer who made his women re-enact scenes from Blue films
Thirty-Two-year-old Madhuraj's career as an insatiable womaniser and murderer received a big jolt following his arrest by Sub-inspector Shrinivas G of Yelahanka police station on Wednesday.
Madhuraj was down when the harassed women he was living with let the cops in on his murky past.
"The Bangalore police could only arrest this man, who has been charged with the murder of his wife Bhagya and five cases of cheating, because his latest wife Mangala (name changed) tipped the police. 
Had she not done so, more women would have fallen in his trap," said Shrinivas G.
Madhuraj, a native of Mandya, reportedly came to Bangalore in 1999 after completing high school and landed some wiring contracts in the city.
"Madhuraj said he developed an interest in sex and sex toys way back when he was still in school.
He admitted that his obsession so overpowered him that he decided to not pursue higher education. He also admitted that he watched porn around the same time.
These movies coloured his imagination. He developed an obsession for enacting sex scenes. Many of his friends deserted him.
Some even beat him when he behaved inappropriately with them. This forced him to leave Mandya," Shrinivas said.
Once in Bangalore, Madhuraj allegedly began watching blue films unrestrained. "His room was full of porn material. He married a woman named Jayanti from whom he had two daughters.
She left him because she could not cope with his sexual demands. He would force her to watch porn and then get her to try different sexual positions from the film," said a police officer.
Madhuraj reportedly also visited prostitutes who soon tired of his strange requests.
"His demands so irritated commercial sex workers that they refused to attend to him after the first few visits," Shrinivas said. Around this time, Madhuraj began targeting girls from the garment industry.

The girls, who were taken by his tall talk, would fall into his trap and give in to his demands for sex," Shrinivas said.
This is when he reportedly met Bhagya, who eloped with Madhuraj without the knowledge of his parents. He took her in to Yelahanka from Kamakshyapalya.
"His constant demands for sex got to her. Her refusals upset Madhuraj, who finally killed her. Madhuraj somehow managed to continue with life without arousing any suspicion.
A few months later, he married Mangala, who learnt of Madhuraj's escapades when he spilled it all out to her in an inebriated condition. A shaken Mangala approached the police and spilled the beans on him.
