If you are planning to buy property, then you should definitely drop in at the Mega Property Expo that is being organised by CREDAI-Pune (formally PBAP). It will be held from January 28 to 30 at the SSPMS ground.
Satish Magar, president, CREDAI and Anuj Bhandari, chairman, exhibition committee, CREDAI said the response had been good inu00a0 the past years and this was the 11th year of the property expo.u00a0
The three-day grand expo will have 200 high-end stalls and will see participation from country's leading construction companies like Magarpatta Township Development, B U Bhandari Landmarks, Amit Enterprises, Kumar Properties, Kolte Patil Developers, Paranjape Schemes (Construction), Naik Navare Developers, Aditya Builders, Nyati Builders, Gera Developers, Pharande builders, Rama builders, Sukhwani builders along with more than 100 developers from the city and Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
In addition to showcasing ongoing projects, more than 600 future projects will be displayed at the expo.
"Owning a house in Pune has become a distant dream, especially, for the middle-class families. The CREDAI Expo promises to make available choices that would suit the pockets of all strata of society," Magar said.
HDFC, ICICI and other commercial banks will also be part of the expo to provide spontaneous and easy loans to the buyers. For the convenience of visitors no entry and parking fees will be levied.
