ARE you stressed with your life or job? If yes, then look out for the Peace on Wheels van, which could visit your housing society soon.

Academy of Life along with California Hypnosis and International Academy of Life has come up with this 'doorstep solution' to counter stress.

Busy schedule

Peace on Wheels is a modified van which caters to the needs of stressed-out individuals who otherwise fail to take time out from their busy schedules for meditation and relaxation.

The van accommodates four to five persons for a 30-minute meditation session. Each session begins with soothing music and recorded messages that leads one to unwind and relax.

Speaking prior to the launch, Alefia Gilidwala, in charge of the meditation van in Pune said, "Many IT companies have also shown interest in this van."

According to Gilidwala, the meditation session is based on chakras.

Elaborating on chakra meditation she said, "Chakras are energy points. A person has a total of eight charkas.

Energy enters into the body from different points. All chakras have entry and exit points barring Root and Crown chakra."

Dr Bindu Gupta, COO of Academy of Life in Mumbai said, "Since last February, we have also arranged a session for dabbawalas who lead very stressful lives."
