The announcements were made at the ITC Windsor Manor by the sponsors bigwigs Chitranjan Dar, COO ITC foods, Sudhakar Rao, Chief Secretary in the glitzy presence of Deepika Padukone, who looked stunning as ever in her plum coloured short dress.
