Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ravindra Yadav said that Raghuvanshi, who was in his thirties, was arrested from a bus stop here morning. He is one of the two accused involved in the case while main accused, Aman Bharadwaj, is still at large, Yadav said.
Yadav said Raghuvanshi is being interrogated and only after that it would be decided whether he is only an accomplice or was also involved in the crime. Raghuvanshi hails from Madhya Pradesh's Hoshangabad district, Yadav said.
A nine-year-old Russian girl, holidaying in Goa with her mother, was raped allegedly by Aman Bharadwaj on Arambol beach on January 26. His accomplice Raghuvanshi diverted the mother's attention by striking a conversation with her.
