The Guide takes you around town this Thanksgiving with six places where you can feast while you say your thank yous.Thanksgiving with a twist Designed especially with a twist by Chef Ramasamy Selvaraju, this Thanksgiving comes with a special menu aimed at celebrating the true spirit of the festival that is associated with the harvest season. Begin with Beets and Scallops for the first course, move on to a Pumpkin Soup, then on to the quintessential Turkey and Risotto for mains and follow it up with Lemon Tart and a selection of artisan cheese for dessert.

On the menu is Penne Pasta Salad with your choice of toppings, ranging from roasted veggies, balsamic dressing, shaved roasted chicken or tenderloin. Thanksgiving specials also include grilled turkey, mashed potato with turkey gravy and cranberry jelly. Vegetarians have reason to celebrate too with Classic Ratatouille. Top your meal up with Chocolate Pumpkin Mousse Tart or Orange Infused Vanilla Rice Pudding for dessert.

For an Asian twsit to this day, begin your meal with a Vietnamese Asparagus and Crab Meat soup or Chicken Sotoayum. Opt for turkey tarts and rice paper rolls or the Oven Roasted Asian Turkey stuffed with hibachi rice stuffing, water chestnut and turkey gravy, served with orange soya glazed sweet potatoes with spicy plum sauce. A traditional dessert includes a Date and Fig pudding that promises to fulfill and linger.
