This time, it is the Singapore Hawkers' Food Festival at the InterContinental Eros that is creating all the right buzz. It attempts to tempt your taste buds with the delicious and unique blend of Singaporean cuisine. And boy, are they succeeding! The festival allows food lovers to experience it's rich cultural tapestry through culinary delights. There's a kaleidoscope of captivating aroma, taste and visual treat from a variety of authentic food created by chefs flown from Singapore.
Try their best signature dishes like the Singapore Chili Crab, Hainanese Chicken Rice Satays, Paranthas and more. What amazed us is the similarity to Indian cuisine. The food is suited to the desi palate, yet offers enough variety to make it an enriching experience.
