The Dombivli buzz

Affordable rates, quality

Infrastructure, good amenities and serene locales are some of the factors that make Dombivli a fine place to live in. This central suburb has today become the latest hub of real estate development. Here's taking you there to find out how it has progressed in the last two years:

Lifestyle on the go

Dombivli has caught home-buyers' attention slowly but surely. "Lifestyle has truly changed in Dombivli. This area has turned into a popular residential choice a suburb well connected by trains and buses. And what's better, you get a break from the maddening city traffic. Another good thing is that it's quiet and peaceful, making it an attractive home-buying option," says Rakesh Sanghvi, director, Sanghvi Group.u00a0

Deep Menon, resident of Dombivli says, "The area has drastically improved over the last two years. The water problem has been solved, now we get water throughout the day. Power cuts have been reduced from eight hours to three hours." Developers like Regency Group, Sanghvi Group, Siddharth Group, etc, are coming up with huge lifestyle projects in the suburb.

Entertain yourself

The entertainment scene is also steadily improving in Dombivli. Even though there are no malls in the area, except for one Gopi Cine Mall, there are a few smaller shopping destinations, mostly concentrated on the station roads.

Aditya Shinde, resident of Dombivli says, "Since big malls are yet to come up in Dombivli, we hangout in Metro Junction, Kalyan. No doubt, the suburb looks totally different and nice as compared to what it was two years ago, but I feel developers should also plan to come up with some nice hangout places in the area."
However what makes up for the lack of cool hangout places are several multi-cuisine restaurants and cafes, buzzing with people at all hours of the day.
