"There has been no improvement and he continues to remain serious," a doctor said.
The leader was running a mild fever on Monday morning.
Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and Pratibha Advani, L.K. Advani's daughter, visited him.
Jaswant was brought to the hospital with a head injury on August 8, following a fall at his New Delhi house in the night.
The leader, who quit the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) before the Lok Sabha election this year after he was denied party ticket, was brought to the Army (Research and Referral) Hospital "in a highly critical condition" around 1 a.m. "with injury to his head".
His family members "brought him to the hospital after finding him lying on the floor of the house in an unconscious state".
"Examination at the hospital showed him to be in coma, with signs of 'raised intracranial tension and a haematoma scalp'.
