Mama Mia, the gelato company has now expanded into a full fledged confectionary unit as well. And what better way to celebrate desserts than to learn as well as tuck into them.
Kolkata-based Natasha Aggarwal Roy, owner of Mama Mia is in town to conduct a workshop on gourmet dessert making.
She will be teaching participants how to make baked and cold desserts like White Chocolate and Strawberry Mousse, Chocolate Mud Cake, Mocha Almond Mousse, Apple and Strawberry Crumble and a Gelato Layered Pudding.
These desserts are not very time consuming and can be whipped up in a jiffy and also the participants get to eat what they cook.u00a0
The only hitch, you need to register as fast as possible in advance since this session will be limited to only 20 people.
