"We have already formed Pune Anti-Terrorists Cell (PATC) and Special Branch to keep close watch on such sleeper cells in the city. They are constantly keeping a vigil on banned organisations and their movements, but some suspects have not been traced," Borwankar said.
"Two police constables have been deputed to the Local Intelligence Bureau which is functioning in every police station under the Special Branch. They are sent to the Maharashtra Intelligence Academy (MIA) for training in intelligence gathering on terror activities. I personally review the report on training activity every month."
She said there were banned organisations in the city, which were operating under other names. It is difficult to trace them and most of the members have not been traced.u00a0 She said the citizen's cooperation is must to fight terrorism.
