A 24-year-old woman killed herself by jumping off from east Delhi's Preet Vihar Metro station onto the road today morning.
A 24-year-old woman committed suicide Monday morning by leaping off an elevated Metro station onto the road below, police said.

Karishma Narang, a teacher in a private school, jumped down onto the road from east Delhi's Preet Vihar Metro station around 8 am.
She was found near Metro pillar number 95 and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
"No suicide note was recovered from her possession. Initial investigation reveals love angle behind her extreme step. Further probe is on," said a police officer.
Narang left her east Delhi Krishna Nagar residence to go to school, but ended up killing herself.
Several suicide incidents have occurred at Kirti Nagar, Malviya Nagar, MG Road, Chandni Chowk and Sultanpur metro stations this year.u00a0
