Ridiculously clean and perfectly placed, we walked into the outlet on St Marks Road and we we're pleased beyond description. Four of my colleagues and me tried and reviewed the five special flavours that included tender coconut, musk melon, jackfruit, watermelon and papaya pineapple-- sipping on swigs on water in between, just so we could give you an authentic review.
They were all as true to taste in flavour as ice-creams can possibly get, but our unanimous favourite was the jackfruit. With actual pieces of the delicious tropical fruit perfectly blended into the rich ice-cream, we were fans in one bite. The next favourite was undoubtedly the much-appraised tender coconut flavour that Mumbaikars already swear by. It's delicious alright, but we couldn't help but notice how a milk and tender coconut pulp combination faintly reminds one of skimmed dairy whitener.u00a0
We also tried the black grape that was interesting, but didn't really taste of grape at all! The watermelon was exhilarating and if you're as much of a fan of the fruit as I am, then you would surely understand why. With bits of fresh fruit in all it's juicy goodness combining with the milky rich texture of an ice-cream made to perfection, it's easy to see why everyone seems to love the brand so much.u00a0
We're addicted and you can be sure to bump into at least one of us on your next visit. Try all the flavours and experiment -- we're sure you'll find a favourite too and then again, what better way to celebrate V-Day than sharing an ice-cream with your lover?
