Amanda Rodgers, who has been divorced once, said that her loyal pet terrier, Sheba, has been in her life for years, making her laugh and comforting her when she was feeling low, Metro.co.uk reported.

The 47-year-old said that she went down on her knee and proposed to her dog, which said yes to her by wagging her tail.

She added that they had a small ceremony, where she kissed her dog to seal the deal, while everyone around threw confetti, and it was a wonderful moment.
