London: A ring-tailed lemur didn’t want to miss out on the selfie craze so he snatched his keeper’s camera and took his own.

Bekily snatched the keeper’s camera and took pictures of himself

Bekily was watching Tegan McPhail photograph animals at London Zoo at feeding time. Perhaps, inspired by Bradley Cooper’s mega-selfie with fellow stars at the Oscars he decided he wanted to pose for one himself.
McPhail said: “We’re always taking quick pics of the animals we look after because with workmates this cute it’s hard to resist.”

She added, “As I was snapping away, he grabbed the camera lens and pulled it towards his own face. It took him a few attempts but he got a great profile pic in the end. I doubt we’ll be entering his pics into a photography competitions any time soon but I think he did a pretty good job!”
