The protests are being organised by groups that call themselves Lunarchy, Sluts Against Cuts and the International Union Of Sex Workers.
The dress code is masks that show only the eyes and mouth for men and similar masks plus red lipstick for women.
The organisers have also held talks with adult film-makers to record an "alternative" wedding video, the Daily Express reported.
A group called Meltdown is in charge of producing an adult movie during the event.

The last thing you want at a royal wedding is sterility. You want the opposite fertility," said a group member Chris Knight.
"You can't plan an orgy, but that's what we intend. It's going to be a very sexy event," he said.
"There's lots of young people turning up so it'll be sexy. We're finding a lot of support for it. One hundred and eighty people have signed up to the Facebook page for it already," he said."
