Leanne Gilder, a drug-addict and a mother of two from Oldham, pimped the girl to a 44-year-old builder, reports said..
The builder named Michael Booth picked up the pair and paid Gilder 60 pounds before molesting the 14-year-old in the back of his van.
The woman then treated the victim to a pizza before they got a cab back to Oldham.
The next day, Booth again asked Gilder if the teenager was "doing business", the Manchester Crown Court heard.
The youngster refused and was later returned to her home in Manchester by police.
Gilder pleaded not guilty to child prostitution charges and claimed she believed the victim was 18, and that they had been working together as prostitutes.
The jury rejected her account after the girl testified that "Leanne pimped me out because she got money over me getting raped".
Booth was jailed for six years after being found guilty of child sex offences.
