In a shocking case of sexual crime in the UK, a children's football coach allegedly "encouraged 14-year-old girl to expose her breasts and perform sex acts on herself on webcam," a court said
A children's football coach encouraged a 14-year-old girl to expose her breasts and perform sex acts on herself on webcam, a court heard. Philip Boore, 36, from Chippenham, Wiltshire, allegedly instructed the teenager to carry out a series of acts using hot wax, clothes pegs and lipsticks. He also reportedly told her to address him as 'Sir' and play the role of a naughty schoolgirl, submissive to his commands.

All the while, he watched on webcam and pleasured himself under the table, the jury heard. Boore, also a qualified PE coach, appeared at Kingston-upon-Thames Crown Court this morning, where he pleaded not guilty to three counts of inciting the girl to engage in sexual activity on or before August 5, 2014. He also denied possessing two topless images of the teenager, from Wimbledon, south-west London.
Boore, who lives with his parents in Dover Street, is attached to Chippenham's award-winning Stanley Park Sports Ground. During the hearing, prosecutors said the teenager - who cannot be named for legal reasons - responded to Boore online, where he listed one of his interests as fetish sexual activity.
It is unclear which website the pair first communicated on. Martin Hooper, prosecuting, said: "They got chatting and the defendant got her involved in various sexual activities. There's no doubt about this. Mr Hooper described a number of sex acts that Boore allegedly encouraged the girl to perform on webcam, using lipstick tubes, clothes pegs and hot wax from a candle." He added that the teenager sent the coach two photos of herself topless during their online chats.
"The question is whether he reasonably believed she was sixteen years of age or older," he said. "It is not in dispute she sent him two photographs of herself topless. They were not asked for and he opened them on his mobile phone." Boore and the teenager first chatted online for four hours and exchanged their names and phone numbers, the jury heard. The girl allegedly lied to Boore and claimed to be 16 years old, the jury heard. "She said the second time they spoke he said he was into BDSM (bondage and sadomasochism) which she thought was disgusting, but wanted to stay communicating with him," Mr Hooper said.
"He said they would role-play with her as the naughty schoolgirl and him as the dominant. "He'd be the teacher." He added: "He is a sports coach and works in schools and knows ages, uniforms and exam times." The girl apparently told Boore she had not even started her GCSE exams, taken by children aged 14 to 16.
She also told police during a video interview that Boore's hand was motioning under the table as she performed the acts, the court heard. Boore is a Football in the Community Coach who has a Bsc degree in Bsc Sports & Exercise Science. He also holds coaching certificates for Football Level 2 and Cricket Level 2, as well as Level 1 certificates in hockey, rugby, badminton, tennis, emergency first aid, child protection and disabled football. The trial continues.
