Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, showed off her growing baby bump during a public appearance yesterday in London.
The 31-year-old visited Hope House, a residential treatment centre run by Action on Addiction. It marked one of her few official public appearances since announcing her pregnancy in December.
Kate, who just returned from a trip with Prince William to the Caribbean, donned a gray MaxMara Studio wrap dress. “It’s nice to be back,” Kate said during her visit. “It’s a lovely day for it.”

Meanwhile, British PM David Cameron slammed author Hilary Mantel for dubbing the Duchess of Cambridge a “plastic princess”. Cameron said that while Hilary Mantel writes “great books”, he did not agree with her comments and felt they were misguided.
He said: “What I’ve seen of Princess Kate at public events, at the Olympics and elsewhere is this is someone who’s bright, who’s engaging, who’s a fantastic ambassador for Britain. We should be proud of that, rather than make these rather misguided remarks.”
