The November 26 terrorist attacks were planned not in Pakistan but in Europe, according to the Pakistan government's investigation report, the Geo TV reported yesterday.
The channel quoted sources as saying that Mohammed Ajmal Amir Qasab (pictured right) and five other Pakistani nationals involved in planning the attacks would be tried in Pakistani courts.
The Pakistan government would seek custody of Qasab from India to unmask his "Indian accomplices", the channel reported.
The investigation report, in response to India's dossier of evidence, will be submitted to the Defence Coordination Committee today.
