The district nurse had sex at least 10 times with the boy, who at one point feared he had got the nurse pregnant, the Daily Express reported.
The pair were also spotted naked in her bedroom and without underwear on a park bench, it was claimed.
The nurse, who denies the allegations, faces being struck off as a nurse.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council disciplinary tribunal heard that the boy bragged to his friends who would wait in the car while he and the nurse wandered off to have sex on the beach at Anglesey, North Wales.
The affair is said to have ended after three years after the boy's parents of the boy found out about it.
