Do you love Twitter enough to pay tribute to it with your baby's name?
A couple has reportedly taken their obsession with social media to the next level by reportedly naming their newborn daughter Hashtag.u00a0

The announcement of the newborn’s Twitter-inspired name was curiously made on another platform — Facebook — with the proud new mum posting a photo of the baby and the following message:
“Hashtag Jameson was born at 10 o’clock last night. She weighs 8 pounds and I love her so much!”
If true, Hashtag Jameson is the latest case of parents assigning their newborns with names from the social sphere.
In February last year, an Egyptian man named his daughter Facebook in celebration of the January 25 revolution in that country.
The social media platform, together with Twitter, was widely praised by Egyptians for their ability to mobilise protesters in their successful efforts to oust leader Hosni Mubarak from power.
Celebrities often make headlines for the unique names they give their children.
In 2010, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver named his son Buddy Bear Maurice, joining his three sisters Poppy Honey Rosie, Daisy Boo Pamela, and Petal Blossom Rainbow.
