Paris: Germany remain top of the world rankings in the latest list released by football's governing body FIFA on Thursday.

The World Cup holders head a top 10 which is unchanged from last month's standings, with the exception of the return of Italy, who push Spain down into 11th place.
There have been only five international friendlies since the last list was published in February, FIFA explained, and five of those were in the Concacaf region, which does not have a representative in the top 10.
