The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, who gave birth to her third child, Johnny, in January this year, has set the benchmark quite high when it comes to fitness despite being a mother of three. "Running around after a toddler and carrying a baby around all day helps," Clancy, 32, told British tabloid, Daily Star when asked how she keeps herself fit.
"My seven year old, Sophia, still wants me to pick her up, and she's almost as tall as me! I'm lucky as I've never had to worry too much about my weight. It's genetic. We're all tall and slim in my family. I eat what I want in moderation, and have a green juice and some vitamins to keep healthy," she added.
