Singh, Panocha to walk at Olympics

India's Gurmeet Singh and Babubhai Panocha qualified for the 20 km walk at the 2012 London Olympics with impressive performances at the 18th Dublin International Grand Prix of Race Walking

India's Gurmeet Singh and Babubhai Panocha qualified for the 20 km walk at the 2012 London Olympics with impressive performances at the 18th Dublin International Grand Prix of Race Walking.

They also made the cut for the World Championships in Daegu, South Korea from August 27.

National champion Gurmeet clocked 1:22:05 to finish 9th. Panocha clocked 1:23:04 tou00a0 finish 11th.
