Roam around city in style in 20 minutes
You want to go around the city but forgot to take your car or bike? Hop on and Hop off the air-conditioned volvo BMTC bus which passes through all major shopping spots and business areas of the city.

Chief minister B S Yeddyurappa introduced theu00a0u00a0"Hop on Hop Off" bus service, Kendra Saarigeu00a0in the city today. Another bus service, Big 10, which will connect arterial roads, was also launched.
Kendra Saarige, also called HOHO bus service,u00a0is India's first inner-city service, promising to take you across the city in 20 minutes.
There are two lines of service, one each in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. They will run every five minutes and help you connect between points in the Central Business District, which include MG Road, Commercial Street, Kensigton Road, Chinnaswamy stadium, UB City, Mayo Hall, Hosmat Hospital, Hosur Road and Richmond Circle.
The Big 10 service will provide bus service on the entire stretch or 10 arterial roads leading out of the city. The frequency between the buses will be 10 minutes. Two of these roads- on Hosur Road and HAL Airport Road have begun operations today.
Additional roads will be added once in two or three weeks until the other eight stretches are covered. They are Old Madras Road, Bellary Road, Tumkur Road, Magadi Road, Mysore Road, Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road and Sarjapur Road.
The charges for both the bus services range between Rs 5 to Rs 15.
"We have introduced these bus services towards decongesting Bangalore. Now, there is no need for you to get on to your car into the city and struggle to find parking," said Yeddyurappa.
